Universal Hub
checked in this afternoon with a painful tale from Jennifer Nottage, who attended Saturday's Bruins victory parade with her 6- and 12-year-old kids.
The South Attleboro woman says she was on an escalator at the Back Bay commuter rail station when it suddenly fell backwards. Nottage's 6-year-old daughter barely avoided falling, and her son's feet were sucked into the escalator itself. "He yanked them out, his shoes stayed behind," she writes. "He was cut and bleeding."
Nottage says she tripped and was trampled, though a trip to the hospital showed no broken bones.
No way to celebrate a Stanley Cup, that.
