Two Boston men are expected to be arraigned Monday on first-degree murder charges in connection with the shooting death of a man who was shovelling snow in February.

Donte Henley, 24, of South Boston, and Josiah Zachery, 18, of Hyde Park, are expected to face first degree murder charges in Suffolk Superior Court. Authorities allege they were involved with shooting Kenny Lamour on Feb. 11 as he shoveled snow after a winter storm.

Zachery is also charged with armed assault with intent to murder and unlawful possession of a firearm for allegedly firing at a Boston Police officer while fleeing the scene.

He was arrested the same day of the shooting, whereas Henley was arrested about two weeks later after an investigation by police.

A Suffolk County Grand Jury returned indictments against both defendants in April.
