Amir Richardson, 23, was held without bail at his arraignment Tuesday in Roxbury Municipal Court on murder charges stemming from the shooting death of a 20-year-old man in December.

Suffolk County District Attorney Daniel F. Conley said the victim, William Davis, was gunned down on Dec. 17 as as he walked on Dudley Street. Police pursued the suspect, but no arrests were made at the time. Boston Police arrested Richardson Monday night on a warrant issued on Feb. 25.

Last month, Paul Francis, 24, of Quincy, and Markeese Skinner, 27, of Dorchester, pleaded not guilty to accessory after the fact to murder charges. Both are being held on $25,000 cash bail.

He will return to court on April 9.
