Eat Your Heart Out is back on Sunday, Feb. 28 for its sixth iteration of Boston-area chefs dishing out rock-inspired small bites for for local arts and culinary philanthropies. Ticket sales for this year’s event at the Sinclair in Harvard Square benefit Future Chefs and Girls Rock Band Campaign, and Boston’s own Bad Rabbits will headline. Previous year’s menu items have included the likes of “Rock Lobster” tacos by James Beard-winning owner of Island Creek Oysters, Jeremy Sewall) and “Dark Side of the Foie” duck confit cavatelli from The Sinclair Kitchen’s executive chef Keenan Langlois. This year’s roster includes the likes of Blackbird Donuts’ Tara Bresnick, Tavern Road’s Louis DiBicarri and Puritan’s Will Gilson —so we asked some of the participants to tell us what they like rock out to while heating up their kitchens.
