Charlie Baker may not be the most popular governor in the country anymore, but he's still pretty well-liked.

Baker came in third in the latest survey from Morning Consult that ranked America's most and least popular governors.

A Morning Consult survey from March had Baker leading the pack as the most popular governor with an approval rating of 72 percent.

The polling and media site released updated rankings on Tuesday that showed Baker with a 70 percent approval rating. The rankings stem from surveys of more than 71,000 registered voters in all 50 states, conducted between early May 2016 through early September.

Only 18 percent of respondents said they disapproved of Baker, meaning the rest responded that they didn't know or were undecided about how they felt.

Gov. Dennis Daugaard of South Dakota took over Baker's number one spot and Gov. Larry Hogan of Maryland landed at number two.

Kansas Gov. Sam Brownback kept his same ranking as the least popular governor in the U.S. with a disapproval rating of 71 percent.
