Boston bares (almost) it all for Cupid’s Undie Run 2017

What’s better than getting some exercise for charity? How about doing it in your underwear!

That’s what some near-naked Bostonians did Saturday afternoon, all to benefit the Children’s Tumor Foundation.

Cupid’s Undie Run, which takes place in cities across America each February, was created to aidneurofibromatosis (NF), a rare genetic disorder. The1-mile fun run encourages participants to wear just their underwear — despite the cold weather in many participating cities —though it’s not required. A party/awards ceremony also proceeds the run.

This year in Boston, where winters are anything but mild, the weather was less chilly than normally with a high of 51 degrees.
