Thursday gossip roundup: Emma Stone and boyfriend Andrew Garfield moved in together
Jeremy Renner is sick and tired of people asking if he’s gay. “I want my personal life to be personal, and it’s not f—ing true. And I don’t care if you’re talking about things that are true, you’re still talking about my personal life,” Renner tells the Hollywood Reporter. “How about I go peek in your window, take what underwear you wore last night, whose husband you were f—ing, and show that in the megaphone throughout your neighborhood? How does that feel?”
On the heels of their first red-carpet appearance as a couple comes news that Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield have reportedly moved in together, according to Life & Style. “They have a really nice apartment,” a source says of the New York City digs. “They’re in a good place, both of them are very nice people, very down-to-earth and caring. They’re just two cool people.” And how serious are they about their new home? They even enlisted an interior decorator. “They wanted a subtle, understated look that was comfortable,” the source says.
Rihanna has finally confirmed that she’s back in contact with ex-boyfriend Chris Brown — and she doesn’t care that it bothers people. “I respect what other people have to say. The bottom line is that everyone thinks differently,” Rihanna tells Elle magazine. “It’s very hard for me to accept [the criticism], but I get it. People end up wasting their time on the blogs or whatever, ranting away, and that’s all right. I don’t hate them for it.” Brown was famously arrested for assaulting the singer while they were dating.
Jennifer Aniston is finding hard to ignore the fact that she’s getting older, thanks in large part to her job. “You know what makes me feel old? When I see girls who are twentysomething, or the new crop of actresses and think, ‘Aren’t we kind of the same age?’ You lose perspective,” she tells InStyle magazine. “Or being offered the part of a woman with a 17-year-old child. It’s like, ‘I’m not old enough to have a 17-year-old!’ Then you realize, well, yeah, you are.”
It looks like “Saturday Night Live” will be undergoing a major makeover for next season if reports of its three biggest cast members leaving turn out to be true. “Kristen Wiig, Andy Samberg and Jason Sudeikis are all leaving after the end of the season,” a source tells Us Weekly. “It will be a huge blow to the show. Without Andy’s video shorts and Kristen saving every skit, they’ll need help.” Rumors that Wiig would bow out of the show have been going since “Bridesmaids” became a hit last year, but a rep for her and Sudeikis would only say, “No decisions are made until the season is over.”
Journalist Lauri Penny was saved from being hit by a car by none other than Ryan Gosling — but she’s over it and thinks everyone else should get over it, too. “Everybody needs to calm down about Ryan Gosling saving me from a speeding car,” Laurie writes in an article on Gawker. “I am grateful to the dashing and meme-worthy Mr. Gosling, just as I am grateful to every other kind New Yorker who has saved me from oncoming traffic in recent weeks.”
