The Word: Ozzy Osbourne confesses to drug use, but not to divorcing wife

Ozzy Osbourne took to Facebook to clear the air about rumors that he and his wife, Sharon, are on the outs — and to make completely different confession. “For the last year and a half I have been drinking and taking drugs,” Ozzy wrote. “I was in a very dark place and was an a—hole to the people I love most, my family. However, I am happy to say that I am now 44 days sober. Just to set the record straight, Sharon and I are not divorcing. I’m just trying to be a better person.”

Radar Online reported over the weekend that the long-married pair are living separately, with Ozzy in a rented Beverly Hills mansion and Sharon at the Beverly Hills Hotel. “They are living at different addresses and not spending any time together,” a source recently told the Sun. Sharon is believed to be staying at the famous hotel while she decorates a new home — but not the one where Ozzy is staying. The usually outspoken and press-friendly pair has been remarkably quiet about the reports of marital trouble.
