Oui love Bastille Day

Where to find a party this Sunday:

Casimir & Co (1022A Lexington Ave., 212-879-6190) is transforming itself into a classic 1789 medieval restaurant with escargots au beurre d’ail persille, steak tartare and more.

Pig out — literally — with a whole roast suckling pig, included in the family-style barbecue feast at any Tour de France restaurant, including Café d’ Alsace, Frech Roast (uptown and downtown), L’Express, Le Monde, Maison, Nice Matin, Pigalle, Marseille and Barbounia. Email RSVP@chefdriven.com to reserve a spot.

LAVO (39 E. 58th St., 212-750-5588) turns its Riviera Sunday dinner series into a French party on Sunday, kicking off at 9 p.m. with a European DJ.

Run with the bulls

La Fonda del Sol (200 Park Ave.., 212-867-6767) celebrates the Spanish summertime tradition of the Running of the Bulls through July 14 with bull-meat tapas, pinxtos (skewers) and local delicacies, also coinciding with the famous San Fermin festival of Pamplona.

Guacamole festival, ole!

Debuting its first annual guacamole festival, Maya Modern Mexican Kitchen and Tequileria (1191 First Ave., between 64th & 65th St., 212-585-1818) will offer different flavors to feature various regions of Mexico, now through Sept. 30. Feeling adventurous? Opt for the Sur, with flavors from the South including grasshoppers, tomatillo, cotija cheese, onion, chile cascabel, cilantro, lime and sea salt.

Taste what you read

Fete three-time James Beard finalist and Top Chef contestant Edward Lee at City Grit Culinary Salon this Friday (38 Prince St., 646-580-5720), where he’ll be serving up dishes from his newly released book “Smoke & Pickles,” named Amazon’s best cookbook of the year. Get your book signed while you’re there.

Less traveling, more eating

Travel through several food experiences with Condé Nast Traveler’s Global Tasting Tour, kicking off at the annual Celebrate Flatiron Chefs celebration in Madison Square Park on July 16th. Come to Manzanilla (345 S. Park Ave. $125, 7p.m.) for the “The Flavors of Andalucia” with chef Dani Garcia, Il Buco Alimentari (53 Great Jones St., NY, $160, 6:30p.m.) for “A Sicilian Sirocco Serrata” with chef Justin Smillie on July 23 and The Little Owl (93 Greenwich Ave., NY, $75 for adults, $25 for children 12 and under, 5p.m.) for “Family Meal: Sunday Macaroni” with chef Joey Campanaro on July 28.
