What the stars are drinking on Oscar night

web-GONY_OscarCocktail_0227So you won’t be at the Oscars, but you can drink like you are! These are two drinks that the celebrities at Sunday’s show will likely be drinking.

After the Academy Awards are handed out, the celebs will head to this year’s Governor’s Ball to party the night away (after all, the Oscars only end at 8 p.m. LA time). They’ll be imbibing this Ciroc cocktail, which you can make for your own guests at home. It’s calorie-conscious, which is sure to please all those stars who are triple-Spanxing it on the red carpet.

CÎROC Coco Light Martini (127 calories)

1.5 oz. unsweetened coconut water
1.5 oz. CÎROC Coconut
1 oz. Pineapple Juice
.25 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

Combine all ingredients in martini shaker with ice. Shake and strain into coupe glass. Garnish with lemon twist.

Patron Spirits has created the cocktails for Elton John’s 22nd annual AIDS Foundation (EJAF) Academy Awards Viewing Party. You might not able to enjoy food from Gordon Ramsay and a performance by Ed Sheeran, but you can drink like Elton with this specialty sip.
