Sunday gossip round-up: Penelope Cruz is pregnant

Penelope Cruz is reportedly pregnant with her second child, according to E! News. The Spanish actress is “around three months” along, sources say, and is thrilled to be pregnant at the same time as her sister, Monica Cruz. Penelope is currently vacationing with husband Javiar Bardem on Johnny Depp’s private Caribbean island. The couple already has a 2-year-old son, Leo.

Amanda Bynes is looking for a new place to live after reportedly ditching her lower Manhattan apartment following threats of eviction from the building’s management, according to TMZ. Sources tell the Web site that other tenants had complained of Bynes’ smoking cigarettes and marijuana “morning, noon and night” in her unit and common spaces despite it being a non-smoking building. Sources tell Us Weekly that Bynes left behind a place littered with cigarette butts and dirty cotton swabs. The self-described “retired multimillionaire” is now reportedly living in a New York hotel, and her parents have come to town and rented an adjacent room. They are “afraid for her,” another source tells the magazine.

Despite numerous reports to the contrary, Nicole Kidman insists she’s never indulged in plastic surgery. “No surgery for me,” she tells Italian newspaper La Repubblica. “I did try Botox, unfortunately, but I got out of it and now I can finally move my face again.”So how does the Australian actress keep her face looking the way it does? “I wear sunscreen, I don’t smoke and I take care of myself, and I am proud to say that,” she proclaimed. “Anybody can do anything to themselves — I don’t judge — but personally, I believe in being physically fit. That’s how I was raised.”

Frank Ocean has decided not to press charges against Chris Brown after their brawl outside a Los Angeles recording studio last week, he revealed in a post to his Tumblr blog. “As a child I thought if someone jumped me it would result in me murdering or mutilating a man. But as a man I am not a killer, I’m an artist and a modern person,” Ocean writes. “I’ll choose sanity. No criminal charges. No civil lawsuit. Forgiveness, albeit difficult, is wisdom. Peace, albeit trite, is what I want in my short life.”

The boys of One Direction have been racking up plenty of new tattoos over the last few months, and at least one segment of their fan base isn’t pleased with the development: their mothers. “My mom went crazy about the whole tattoo idea,” Liam Payne tells U.K. talk show “Daybreak” during an interview. Fellow band member Zayn Malik admits that the boys’ mothers have asked for some restraint when it comes to all the ink. “Our mums have been like, ‘Maybe you’re getting a bit too much,’” Malik says.
