TV Watch List: Monday, January 6

Metro’s Monday night TV breakdown.

‘The Bachelor’
REALITY. In the 18th season of this reality show in which desperate single women compete (read: get drunk, cry, cat-fight) for the love of some random dude, former “Bachelorette” loser Juan Pablo Galavis has his pick of 27 ladies. These ladies include a hippie, a salsa dancer and a pregnant woman. How will he choose?!
Season Premiere, 8 p.m., ABC

‘Rachael vs. Guy: Celebrity Cook-Off’
FOOD. Rachael Ray and Guy Fieri teach celebrities like Vanilla Ice how to cook. Putting Guy Fieri and Vanilla Ice in the same room for any reason is already a pretty hilarious premise.
Season Premiere, 9 p.m., FOOD

‘Vanderpump Rules’
REALITY. The staff go to Cabo so that they can get drunk, slur nonsensical accusations and cry in a tropical locale. These kids (ha, actually we’re pretty sure they’re all, like, 30) should watch an episode of “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” some time to catch a glimpse of their very-near-future selves. Same drama, more plastic surgery.
9 p.m., BRAVO
