The Word: Camilla thinks the royal baby will be born this week
I don’t know if you heard yet, but Kate Middleton’s pregnant. I know, they’ve kept it very hush-hush. Anyway, she’s pregnant, and irritatingly refuses to give any hints as to when she might cease being pregnant. Luckily, her stepmother-in-law is a little more forthcoming: Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, thinks the royal baby will be born sometime this week.
Camilla and her husband Prince Charles made a visit to a children’s hospital in Cornwall this weekend, according to the Daily Mail. In an impromptu speech to the crowd, Camilla said of the royal baby, “We are all just waiting by the telephone. We are hopeful that by the end of the week he or she will be here.”
Cool. Just shoot me a text then, OK, Camilla? I don’t want to be left out but I’ve got some errands to run. Don’t really have time to wait by the phone.
As Kate Middleton’s due date draws near, the mother of the future king or queen must be feeling overwhelmed. Not to worry: Snooki’s on the case.
The “Jersey Shore” star penned a letter offering maternal advice to the Duchess of Cambridge. Snooks warns Kate that her “little golden nugget” will keep her awake, but “Just do your makeup, put a tiara on, and you’ll look beautiful as usual.”
