The Word: Sylvester Stallone slams Bruce Willis
Bruce Willis won’t be in the third “Expendables” film. He’ll be replaced by fellow silver fox action star Harrison Ford. Sylvester Stallone broke the news on Twitter last night, while also breaking the news that he hates Bruce Willis.
“WILLIS OUT… HARRISON FORD IN !!!! GREAT NEWS !!!!! Been waiting years for this!!!!” the action star tweeted. That’s a little rude, sure, but maybe it was poorly worded. Doesn’t mean he hates Wil-
“GREEDY AND LAZY …… A SURE FORMULA FOR CAREER FAILURE.” OK, yeah, he hates him. Stallone’s camp hasn’t commented on the tweets, except to confirm that they are in fact referring to Willis, which seems like the one thing they definitely shouldn’t do. Stallone seems to have a different approach to this whole fame thing.
Willis admits he used to have a drinking problem, leading to a brief foray into complete sobriety, but he’s past all that now. “I had been sober [for a while],” he tells GQ magazine, explaining that he eased off his personal prohibition “once I realized that I wasn’t going to run myself off the pier of life with alcohol, drinking vodka out of the bottle every day.”
As for his current drinking habits? “I have wine now, mostly when I eat,” he says.
