Justin Bieber blames a broken foot for poor sobriety test performance

When Justin Bieber was arrested on Miami on January 23rd, he had Xanax, marijuana, and a delicate hint of alcohol in his system, tests showed. But none of that is the reason he fared poorly on his field sobriety test: Bieber claims it was due to a broken foot.

Police reports indicate that the pop star appeared to sway and wince in pain, according to Page Six. “He appeared to have great difficulty,” the report said. Bieber apparently then indicated to cops that he had a hairline fracture in his right foot which made it hard to him to walk. Case closed, then, right? Bieber was framed for intoxication by his own bum leg. Not necessarily, though – skeptical cops said that the injury was never mentioned or noticed afterwards.

Bieber is pleading not guilty to charges of drag racing and driving under the influence. The police report describes him as “agitated and condescending” to officers, and said that Biebs strenuously denied that he’d done anything wrong. “He then got upset and said, `I’m 19 years old. I’m just out having a good time,’” the report claims he told officers. “What were you doing when you were 19?”

A police officer responded that he wasn’t driving around in a Lamborghini, to which Bieber replied, “Yeah, well, I bet you didn’t have millions of dollars in your bank account either.”

To be fair, the Lambo thing seems like a cheap shot.
