Top Baltimore Restaurant Group Presents Dinner at The James Beard House

A Taste of Baltimore Dinner featuring Wine Pairings

The Bagby Restaurant Group, which makes up of some of Baltimore’s top restaurants, will be featured at The James Beard House (167 West 12th Street, New York, NY [212] 675 4984, on Wednesday, January 15, 2013. The Bagby Group, which includes Fleet Street Kitchen,Ten Ten American Bistro and Cunningham’s will present a Winter in the Mid-Atlantic dinner featuring tastes created by the talented chefs of all three restaurants, as well as ingredients from Cunningham Farms, in a six-course meal paired with selected wines.

Tickets are $130 for James Beard House members and $170 for non-members. Call 212-627-2308 to make a reservation. The menu is as follows:

Hors d’Oeuvres

  • House Smoked Salmon with compressed rhubarb and tangerine crème fraîche
  • Scallop Mousse with cauliflower purée and pistachio-golden raisin gremolata
  • Foie Gras Torchon with spiced red wine Concord grape jam, crispy duck skin and potato bread toast
  • Chicken Liver Toast with chicken liver parfait, citrus peel mostarda and brioche toast
  • Lambert de Seyssel, Royal Seyssel – Grand Cru Régional, Savoie 2009

First Course

Chesapeake Fluke Crudo served with a citrus purée, uni, earl grey tapioca, chili and Cunningham Farms greenhouse vegetables
