Brunch with Jim Koch from Boston Beer Co

Brunch with Jim Koch from Boston Beer Co – Philly Beer Week

Come join us at Khyber for an amazing opportunity to meet the legendary co-founder and chairman of America’s largest beer maker, the Boston Beer Co. (Samuel Adams), Jim Koch.  To celebrate this momentous occasion we have collected an impressive assortment of Sam Adams’ best small batch and  limited-release beers, and our chef Mark McKinney has prepared some very delicious beer-infused brunch specials to accompany them.     Beer highlights will include a fresh firkin of the Imperial Pilsener, Blueberry Hill Lager (unfiltered lager aged with blueberries), Stony Brook Red (barrel aged sour red ale ), Bourbon Barrel Porter (newly available in PA!), New World Triple (barrel aged triple), Griffin’s Bow (an oak aged blonde barleywine), Double Agent I.P.L (India pale lager), an their Imperial White Ale.       Chef Mark’s special brunch menu will include smoked and grilled pork chops with a bourbon porter red eye gravy, two eggs, grits and toast, Blueberry Hill lager johnny cakes with maple butter, Double Agent I.P.L. boiled peanuts, and an imperial white brined roasted turkey B.L.T.      Don’t miss this once in a lifetime chance to rub elbows (or shoulders or any other parts) with the one of men who help start the craft beer scene in America!
