The Bird - 2007

For those who want to fake it, not make it this year for Thanksgiving, Fette Sau Philly is offering a limited number of smoked turkeys to go!

Fette Sau will brine the PA-raised turkey for you for 30 hours, and then smoke it in their large format smoker for up to three hours.

You can feel good about the food you are feeding your family as Fette Sau is using humainly-raise Pennsylvania turkeys, which are steroid and hormone free.

The restaurant is accepting preorders through Wednesday, November 21 for pick up on Wednesday, November 27.

The cost is $85 for the cooked bird with homemade gravy, which should feed 6-8 people.

To order, visit Fette Sau at 1208 Frankford Avenue or call 215-391-4888.
