Jill Rappaport Will be Joined by Other Celebrity Friends Who are Animal Advocates for an Autograph Signing at the Union Square Petco
For nearly 22 years, Jill Rappaport, has been a staple on NBC’s TODAY. Through her popular, “Bow to Wow” series, Jill has given countless dogs and cats, not only a makeover, but a second chance at life through pet adoption. Petco is proud to present the launch of Jill Rappaport’s Rescued Me Collection. Staying in line with Petco’s “Think Adoption First” philosophy, the one-of-a-kind, neon-colored dog collars and leads raise awareness for pet adoption by featuring sayings such as, “Opt to Adopt,” “I’m a Heart Melter From a Shelter,” “I’m a Pound Hound,” “Rescued Me,” “A Shelter Cat Is Where It’s At,” and “Smitten By My Rescue Kitten.” All products are made in the U.S.A and a portion of the proceeds will benefit animals in need.
Jill will be holding a special meet-and-greet at the Union Square Petco store along with Al Roker and his shelter dog Pepper, Natalie Morales with her shelter dog Zara, Hoda Kotb with her rescue dog Blake, and Bryant Gumbel with his adopted dog Spencer. Attendees will be able to meet and greet with these folks and their pooches, preview Jill’s line of collars and leads, and find out why pet adoption is a great choice, or as Jill says, “the ONLY choice when considering a family pet.”
