Perfect Your Pizza Pie

Bring the perfection of a pizzeria to your home with the Boston Center for Adult Education’s (BCAE) class “Perfect Pizza’s”. This one-session class gives students a hands-on opportunity to master the art of pizza making, guided step by step through the creation process by celebrity Chef Todd Winer of Pastoral. Students will discover what determines a pizza masterpiece as the pro of dough reveals how to create the perfect combination of toppings, incorporate seasonal ingredients and maintain the highest quality.

A Certified Professional Pizzaiolo, Chef Todd Winer completed a training course through the US branch of the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana, the board that strictly governs true Neapolitan pizza-making around the globe. This certificate makes Pastoral only the second truly certified Neapolitan pizzeria in Massachusetts. During this class he will share his expertise and encourage you to unleash your experimental creativity, helping you learn how to put the art in ARTisanal pizza.
