Governor Charlie Baker will attend the candlelight vigil for Bella Bond, the deceased child formerly known as Baby Doe, held Monday night on Deer Island.

After months of investigating, authorities were able to identify Bella and arrest her mother, Rachelle Bond and her mother’s boyfriend, Michael McCarthy.
