Governor Charlie Baker will attend the candlelight vigil for Bella Bond, the deceased child formerly known as Baby Doe, held Monday night on Deer Island.

The vigil is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. on Monday at the entrance of the state park in Winthrop. 

After months of investigating, authorities were able to identify Bella and arrest her mother, Rachelle Bond and her mother’s boyfriend, Michael McCarthy.

The Winthrop Town Hall is also accepting donations for her burial costs.
