A Nantucket vacation home owned by the family of Secretary of State John Kerry’s wife Teresa Heinz Kerry was quietly placed on the market this year, the Boston Globe reported Thursday. The home, assessed at about $18.5 million, was the site of the couple’s 1995 wedding and is well-known on the island, The Boston Globe reported.
The asking price is reportedly $25 million.
It’s unknown whether the couple wants to leave the island entirely, or will be searching for another home there, according to the report.
The Kerrys also own a townhouse in Boston’s Beacon Hill neighborhood.
