Wes Welker’s wife takes shot at Ravens’ Ray Lewis
Wes Welker’s wife, Anna Burns Welker, came out swinging on Facebook after the Patriots’ 28-13 loss to the Ravens Sunday night in the AFC Championship game.
The 2005 Miss Hooters International winner brought up the January 2000 incident in Atlanta in which Ray Lewis was present at the time of the fatal stabbings of two men, Richard Lollar and Jacinth Baker.
Burns Welker wrote on her Facebook page, “Proud of my husband and the Pats. By the way, if anyone is bored, please go to Ray Lewis’ Wikipedia page. 6 kids, 4 wives. Aquitted for murder. Paid a family off. Yay. What a hall of fame player! A true role model!”
