Make this yummy Provencal Popcorn for Corn Week
Through Friday, all nine Tour de France restaurants in Manhattan (Café d’Alsace, French Roast Downtown and Uptown, L’Express, Le Monde, Maison, Marseille, Nice Matin, Pigalle) will offer speciality dinner dishes highlighting summer corn. You can make this easy snack to get a little taste of France in your home. Bon appetit!
2 quarts popped corn (1/4 cup kernels popped anyway you want)
3 Tbs. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tbs. fine grated parmesan
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. fine ground herbs de Provence (with lavender) 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
Combine spices & parmesan, mix well
Toss warm popcorn with oil till coated, add spice mix to combine.
