Apple users struggle to download new iOS 7

Apple released its new operating system iOS 7 for the iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch, but users are already venting their frustrations on the slow download time and other bugs. Even famous author Susan Orlean is complaining on Twitter, writing, “Yes, I, like every other DORK in the world, am trying to download IOS 7. And failing.” Others tweeted, “About to lose it” and “Trying to verify the update for the 20th time.”

Many users have been eagerly awaiting the release of iOS 7, which boasts a new look and features like a sliding control center with shortcuts to basic settings and other essential apps like the timer and camera. Multitasking now learns which apps users like to use at which times and gets them ready for users, and AirDrop makes moving files between devices easier.

Apparently, each iOS update has had similar problems of errors and delays. Apple users need at least 3 GB of free space in order download iOS 7, which is one major cause of download failure The other is simply that Apple fans from all over the world scramble to download the software, causing a massive jam in Apple’s servers.
