Man urinating in public in Roxbury now faces drug charges: Police

Police arrested a man whom they allegedly caught urinating in public in Roxbury, and he now faces multiple drug-related charges after authorities found a variety of controlled substances in his possession.

On Sunday evening, Massachusetts State Police troopers arrested Anthony V. Levine, 26, after he was caught urinating in public on Armory Street, Boston.com reported. He was next to his car, a Honda Civic, which was blocking the traffic lane.

A subsequent search led authorities to uncover oxycodone, suboxone and heroin, state police said.

Levine was arrested and charged with lewdness, trafficking in oxycodone and suboxone, possession to distribute heroin, possession to distribute prescription narcotics and health and welfare fraud, authorities added. He was held on $35,000 bail and was expected to be arraigned in Roxbury District Court on Monday.
