Teen shot in South Philadelphia
A teenager is in critical condition this morning after he was shot in his legs in South Philadelphia early this morning.
The shooting happened about 3 a.m. on the 1900 block of Bouvier Street, according to police.
The 17-year-old boy sustained gunshot wounds to both of his upper legs. He was taken to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania for treatment.
Police are looking for two black males described as about 6 feet 3 inches tall and in their early 20s in connection with the shooting. One man had a beard at the time of the shooting, and both suspects were wearing dark hoodies, a police spokeswoman said.
