Philly native Steve Ward, of VH1′s ‘Tough Love,’ allegedly traded sex for stardom
According to entertainment website RadarOnline.com, reality television matchmaker and Philadelphia native Steve Ward was caught on tape promising a call girl a spot on the VH1 show he hosts in exchange for sex.
The high-priced escort, who asked not to be identified, alleged to Radar that Ward, 32, is heard on tape propositioning her at the W Hotel in California last year, according to the website.
“I will promise to do my very best to get you on my show and put you at the very front of the line to be on my show if you f— me, right now,” Ward allegedly told the woman. “Nobody will know about that. I promise I won’t tell a soul. I promise. I promise. Nobody will know.”
Ward serves as the host and executive producer of “Tough Love,” a VH1 show where he offers relationship advice. Ward is the CEO of Master Matchmakers, a Philly-based matchmaking business. Ward graduated from Drexel University in 2003.
