The FBI is getting involved in the scam that saw over $200,000 taken from a Martha’s Vineyard ATM.

Through their investigation, the FBI has determined that other states have been targeted.

Oak Bluffs Police Department Lt. Timothy Williamson told the Cape Cod Times that two men allegedly placed a device on the card reader of an Oak Bluffs ATM kiosk from Sept. 1 to Sept. 3, along with a small camera to record personal identification numbers.

The targeted ATM was a 24-hour Martha’s Vineyard Savings Bank machine. Police believe more than 150 customers could have had information stolen at the time.

On Wednesday evening, police released surveillance videos that showed two brown-haired men in their 20s, the Cape Cod Times reported. One of the men wore an Armani Exchange T-shirt.

Police are asking anyone with information to contact Lt. Williamson at 508-693-0750.
