A Framingham woman was arrested in Natick on Sunday evening when police claimed she assaulted her boyfriend with a pair of high heels.

Greissi Carolina Sanchez was found walking barefoot along West Central Street early Sunday morning. She told police she got into a fight with her boyfriend and was walking home.

While police were speaking to Sanchez, her boyfriend drove up and said the duo had gotten into a fight over text messages from other women. The boyfriend later admitted the 24-year-old hit him in the head with her shoe during the fight, FOX 25 reported. He was bleeding from the head and face.

Sanchez told authorities that her boyfriend had sustained his injuries when he wouldn’t let her out of the vehicle.

According to the Natick Police Department, Sanchez was arrested for assault and battery with a deadly weapon.

Sanchez will return to court in March.
