Man shot to death inside Country House Diner in Clinton Hill

A gunman opened fire early Sunday inside of a diner in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn, killing a 34-year-old man with whom he had reportedly been arguing.

Police said the shooting at the Country House Diner on Fulton Street occurred around 5 a.m., after which the unidentified victim was transported to a nearby hospital and pronounced dead. A suspect was taken into custody at the scene.
