PHOTOS: Miss Boston, Cambridge competitors work out

Sixteen beauty queens competing in the Miss Boston and Miss Cambridge Pageant got in one of their final pre-pageant workouts Monday morning

The group participated in a full-body cross-training workout at the Boston Sports Club on Boylston Street.

The women are competing to win the crown of Miss Boston and Miss Cambridge and will eventually take part in the Miss Massachusetts pageant.

The Miss Boston and Miss Cambridge Pageant will be held Sunday at the Park Plaza Hotel.

Contestants will compete in five phases of competition, including talent, interview, physical fitness, evening gown and on-stage interview.
