Cops find teen, 13, shooting at another teen
Two police officers on a foot patrol in East Harlem came across a 13-year-old shooting at another teenager, they said.
According to police, yesterday just after 3 p.m., police patrolling the Jefferson Houses in East Harlem saw a 13-year-old firing a handgun at a 14-year-old.
Both officers ran toward the teen and ordered him to drop the gun, which he did, cops said.
They arrested him and charged him with attempted murder, attempted assault, attempted gang assault and criminal use of a firearm.
The intended target was uninjured, cops said.
