Cambridge Food Truck Festival announces vendor lineup

More than 20 grub trucks will roll into Kendall Square on June 8 for the first-ever Cambridge Food Truck Festival, including Roxy’s Grilled Cheese, Frozen Hoagies, Baja Taco Truck, the new Area Four food truck, and Pennypackers, fresh off their recent Food Truck Throwdown victory.

The Cambridge fest will kick off the Food Truck Festivals of New England season, which includes six festivals throughout Massachusetts and a final festival in Newport, R.I., in October.

Menu items for the Cambridge fest will be announced next week. It will run from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m. Tickets will cost $7 in advance and $10 on site.
