Darren Daulton, former Phillies catcher, has brain tumors
Former Phillies catcher and 97.5 The Fanatic show host has revealed today he’s been diagnosed with two brain tumors.
The Fanatic released this statement on their website:
Darren Daulton has not been feeling well over the past two weeks. He went to the doctor who discovered two brain tumors and is scheduled for surgery early next week. Our thoughts and prayers are with him and his family at this difficult time. Daulton, 51, who is nicknamed “Dutch,” spent the majority of his career with the Philadelphia Phillies — first in 1983, then from 1985 to 1997. He finished his baseball career with the Florida Marlins in 1997 where he earned a World Series ring.
He’s had a show on 97.5 The Fanatic since 2010.
