A report from the Special Commissioner of Investigation for city schools found that Malik Taylor, a dean at the Business of Sports School in Manhattan, had sex with four female students attending the school, including a 16-year-old.

The sexual encounters with the 16-year-old took place in Brooklyn and Manhattan. Richard Condon, the Special Commissioner of Investigation, referred his findings to the Brooklyn and Manhattan District Attorney’s Offices.

A spokesman for the Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office said they are “looking into” pursuing a case against Taylor. The Manhattan District Attorney’s office did not immediately respond to an inquiry as to whether they would be doing so.

According to the report, Taylor had sex with the students at various motels around in the Bronx, Manhattan and Brooklyn, as well as in his car.

The report states that Taylor did not use a condom or any form of contraception with any of the students he had sex with. Taylor admitted this and confirmed all of the other charges in interviews with investigators.

Taylor also sexually harassed four other students, according to the report, and asked one of them to buy pot for him.

The report details various instances of harassment. Taylor apparently liked to comment on the students’ bodies, often admiring or making fun of the size of their breasts or behinds.

Taylor is no longer eligible to work in city schools. Condon submitted his findings to Department of Education Chancellor Dennis Walcott with a request to be notified within 30 days what action, if any, will be taken against Taylor.
