Ex-Celtic Paul Pierce puts Lincoln home up for sale
Paul Pierce has already cut ties with the Celtics and now he’s trying to cut ties with the Boston area that he once called home for more than a decade.
Pierce, the former Celtic fan favorite and team leader, has put his Lincoln home up for sale for $2.649 million.
Pierce owns the home at 79 Winter St. in Lincoln, according to the Globe.
An online listing of the 7,600-square-foot home describes it as having five bedrooms, five bathrooms and two half bathrooms.
Listing agent Patti Salem wrote on her website that the home has “first-class space, glamour, privacy and convenience.”
“This gracious, architect-designed contemporary combines sleek design with traditional attention to detail, such as the beautiful use of woods and quality craftsmanship throughout,” Salem wrote.
Pierce was drafted in the first round by the Celtics in 1998. He played for the team through the end of last season when he was traded to the Brooklyn Nets along with Kevin Garnett.
Garnett also recently put his Concord home up for sale.
