(UPDATE) Police seek help locating missing Port Richmond man

A lost elderly man was located by Philadelphia police officer 24 hours after he went missing.

Peter Radovcic, 81, who suffers from Alzheimer’s Disease, was spotted by a traffic cop in FDR Park at Broad Street and Pattison Avenue, according to Sgt. Brian Gress of the 24th District.

Officers transported Radovcic home.


Philadelphia police are seeking the public’s help locating an elderly Port Richmond man who has been missing since Sunday afternoon.

Peter Radovcic, 81, left his home on the 3000 block of Almond Street to go to Campbell’s Park, located at Almond Street and Allegheny Avenue, about 3 p.m. Sunday. He never returned home.

Radovcic suffers from Alzheimer’s disease, according to police, and frequents Campbell’s Park, Pulaski Park and Penn Treaty Park.

Anyone with information about Radovcic’s whereabouts is asked to call the East Detectives Division at 215-686-3243.
