New York forecast: more freezing temperatures expected Tuesday after brief reprieve from cold
After a brief reprieve from the cold Monday morning, New Yorkers better bundle up.
Temperatures will drop to 9 degrees Monday night after reaching a high of 47 during the day, according to the National Weather Service.
Wind chills will reach as low as minus 8 degrees, with gusts up to 40 mph.
Temperatures will reach a high of 13 degrees Tuesday.
