Get ready: Subway service disruptions affecting 16 lines this weekend

Get ready for some subway service disruptions this weekend.

Subway riders are in for some headaches this weekend.

Out of the systems 24 lines, 16 will have service disruptions because of maintenance, repair work and station renovations.

Here’s how each line will be affected:

1 Train: No trains between 96th Street and 242nd Street. For timing and alternatives, click here.

4 Train: Bronx-bound trains will run local between Brooklyn Bridge and Grand Central-42nd Street. Woodlawn-bound trains will skip 51st, 68th, 77th, 96th, 103rd, 110th and 116th Streets. For timing and alternatives, click here.

5 Train: Bronx-bound trains will run local between Brooklyn Bridge and Grand Central-42nd Street. No trains will run between East 180th Street and Dyre Avenue. For timing and alternatives, click here.

6 Train: Castle Hill Avenue and Middletown Road stations are closed for renovations. Pelham Bay Park-bound trains will skip 51st, 68th, 77th, 96th, 103rd, 110th and 116th Streets. For timing and alternatives, click here.

7 Train: No trains between Queensboro Plaza and Times Square-42nd Street. For timing and alternatives, click here.

A Train: Inwood-bound trains will skip Spring, 23rd and 50th Streets. No trains will run between Broad Channel and Mott Avenue. For timing and alternatives, click here.

C Train: 168th Street-bound trains will skip spring, 23rd and 50th Streets. For timing and alternatives, click here.

E Train: Jamaica Center-bound trains will make local stops at  36th Street, Steinway Street, 46 Street, Northern Boulevard and 65th Street. For timing and alternatives, click here.

Shuttle: The 42nd Street shuttle will be replaced by A trains. For timing and alternatives, click here.

D Train: Coney Island-bound trains will run on the N line from 36 Street to Stillwell Avenue. Trains will make local stops at 23rd and 14th Streets in both directions. For timing and alternatives, click here.

F Train: Coney Island-bound trains will skip Fourth Avenue-9th Street, 15th Street Prospect Park and Fort Hamilton Parkway. Jamaica-bound trains will make local stops at 36th Street, Steinway Street, 46 Street, Northern Boulevard and 65th Street and will run on the A line from Jay Street-MetroTech to West 4th Street. For timing and alternatives, click here.

M Train: Trains will run approximately every 20 minutes. For timing and alternatives, click here.

Q Train: Coney Island-bound platforms at Parkside Avenie, Beverley Road and Cortelyou Road are closed for renovations. Coney Island-bound trains will skip Avenues H, J and M. Q train service is extended to Ditmars Blvd. For timing and alternatives, click here.

R Train: As part of ongoing Superstorm Sandy recovery work, no R trains will run between lower Manhattan and downtown Brooklyn. For timing and alternatives, click here.

J Train: Jamaica Center-bound trains will run express from Marcy Avenue to Broadway Junction. For timing and alternatives, click here.

G Train: Church Avenue-bound trains will skip Fourth Avenue-9th Street, 15th Street Prospect Park and Fort Hamilton Parkway. For timing and alternatives, click here.
