Letter: Baldwin interview is pregnant with snobbishness
Re: ‘Hilaria Baldwin: Fit to be a fit mama’ (Metro, Oct. 22)
I have never felt so compelled to write a letter until reading this ridiculous article. As a mother of a 6-month-old, I understand the importance of working our during pregnancy and healthy eating. I just think it is completely unnecessary to say that submitting to pregnancy cravings is vain.
And to top it off, she mentioned how she was surprised at how tired she was after birth. Well, duh. Working out and eating healthy doesn’t change the fact that childbirth is one of the most excruciating things many women go through.
I just feel Mrs. Baldwin is being one of those annoying “I’m a better mom than everyone” moms. And I would rather take my doctor’s recommendation for exercise than get this DVD.
