The Patriots are returning to the AFC Championship Game for the fifth straight season thanks to a 27-20 win over the Chiefs Saturday at Gillette Stadium.

The Patriots will play the winner of the Steelers and Broncos game on Sunday (4:40 p.m., CBS).

Tom Brady completed 28-of-42 passes for 302 yards and two touchdowns. Julian Edelman returned from injury to catch 10 passes for an even 100 yards and Rob Gronkowski looked quite healthy himself, catching a pair of touchdowns.

An Edelman catch that bounced off of Gronkowski clinched the game for the Patriots.

"He's one of the hardest workers, one of the most determined players I've ever worked with," Brady said of Edelman.
