Marchers celebrate 75th anniversary of beloved children's book "Make Way for Ducklings"

In a tribute to the beloved children's book "Make Way for Ducklings" on its 75th anniversary, Mayor Marty Walsh joined families at the Boston Public Garden on Sunday to ring in Duckling Day.

Under some grey skies, marchers — some in furry duck costumes, others sporting decorated stovepipe hats or pulling a rolling flock of little toy ducklings — made their way through the park for the Mothers Day activity and literary celebration.
