The Boston Police are asking for help in identifying the gunman who shot three people in Roxbury Monday afternoon.

A man and two women were shot as they sat in a car in the Academy Terrace housing complex in broad daylight. The suspect is said to be a Hispanic man who wore a white tank top and cargo shorts. He was reportedly last seen driving a white pickup truck down Academy Road toward Columbus Ave.

According to the Boston Globe, the man and one of the women are brother and sister. The three were sitting in a car at about 12:45 p.m. when the suspect walked up on them and opened fire. The man was shot in the neck and his sister in the upper body. They were taken to Boston Medical Center in critical condition. The other woman was grazed in the leg and was taken to Brigham and Women’s.

Homicide detectives were called in Monday afternoon, but this was a preemptive move in case one of the victims happened to succumb to their injuries.

If anyone has any information on the suspect or anything regarding the incident, please call the BPD Homicide Unit at 617-343-4470 or send an anonymous tip to 1-800-494-TIPS.m
