Boston Police have located the suspect that is wanted in the investigation of downtown robberies.There have been multiple reports of pedestrians being robbed with a 12-inch kitchen knife.
Described in a police blog post, officers were on patrol in the area of 39 Boylston St. early Monday morningand saw a man that fit the suspect’s description. After an armed robbery on Jan. 30,Boston Regional Intelligence Center requested information of the individual involvedand gave a description of the suspect. Hewas charged with armed robbery, assault and battery on an elderly/disabled person and assault with a dangerous weapon.
