LeBron James was going bald, now he’s 99.2 percent Michael Jordan bald

LeBron James has seemingly thrown in the white headband when it comes to his Hulk Hogan-like hairline.

James was recently spotted with a fully shaved head (though he wore a hat at the Dwyane Wade Fantasy Camp in Hollywood, Fla. on Aug. 15, seen above, and did not display his cranium at the Jay-Z concert he was illegally escorted to this week).

Now, it’s highly unlikely that this is an homage to Michael Jordan. Unlike Kobe Bryant, LeBron has always been interested in carving out his own legacy – unlike the Airness-obsessed Bryant, who has gone full MJ plenty of times when it comes to his hairstyle (or lack thereof).

There have been many theories tossed out regarding LeBron’s long fading hairline, so much so that there is a YouTube timeline video regarding the evolution of his forehead. Some have said he’s older thatn he says he is. Some point to the potential of PED use. Some have claimed he’s had hair replacement surgeries that haven’t worked.

LeBron’s dome was on full display during Game 6 of this year’s NBA Finals when his headband was knocked off and more than a few people noticed a scar in the back of his head.

Whatever the case, LeBron is making a wise decision here. When you go grey or go bald, it’s always best to own it.
