A teenager from Brockton was arrested on Wednesday after he was caught holding a stolen hoverboard and laptop, and with hundreds of Euros hidden in his pants, reports said.
18-year-old Nerilson Fontes Lopes was charged with two counts of breaking and entering, one count of hiding stolen property, and one count of larceny, according to media reports.
Lopes was caught after cops reportedly received a call about 12:30 p.m. Wednesday about a person who saw him crawling through a window into a residence at 39 Anania Terrace.
Responding officers spotted Lopes walking down the street carrying a hoverboard and laptop. Lopes also had hundreds of dollars worth of Euro bills and coins stuffed down his pants. The money, according to reports, was allegedly stolen just earlier from nearby 52 Gifford St.
In both robberies Lopes reportedly illegally entered homes through windows and unlocked back doors.
