After several days of indication that Tom Brady would not play in the Patriots’ Thursday night pre-season opener against the Green Bay Packers (7:30 p.m., WBZ), it now looks as though No. 12 will suit up and probably play an actual football game for the first time since New England’s Super Bowl win over the Seattle Seahawks last February. Brady posted on his Facebook wall Thursday afternoon, “Good to be home!!! Helmet is on … I’ll see you tonight Gillette Stadium!!!”
His wife, Gisele Bundchen, “liked” the post.
