Dylan Polin’s stunt garnered attention this week after video of the incident was shared online.

MBTA Spokesman Joe Pesaturo said Wednesday, “The police will ask a court clerk to hold a hearing on a request to issue a complaint of trespassing.”

He did not elaborate on the incident, which reportedly happened last month at Park Street station as an Alewife-bound train rumbled just three minutes away.

Polin, a Norwood resident, teachest parkour – a form of acrobatic street athleticism. In his video, posted on Instagram, Poiln says, “ Been dreaming of this for years. Finally gapped the red line train tracks. Huge way to end 2014.”
