Wheel of Fortune is relocating to Boston — sort of… kind of… OK, not really.

As it turns out, it’s actually the Wheelmobile, a 36-foot Winnebago featuring a miniature wheel and light-up letter board. And if you swing by Faneuil Hall Marketplace (in the plaza between Faneuil and Quincy Market) on Oct. 8 or 9 you can win a chance to spin the literal Wheel of Fortune and play the game — sans Vanna, sans Pat. Sad face.

Eager 18+ participants can grab an application from the north side of South Market to partake in three rounds of hour-long shows at noon, 1:30 p.m., and 3 p.m. on each day. The lucky ones are chosen at random in groups of five, introduced on stage and given the chance to play the game live. According to a release, winners could take home “Wheel of Fortune hats, t-shirts and duffle bags,” but those are just speculative, and you could probably also win a new car! (Just kidding, no you can’t, but there's always the Price is Right.)

But still, it’s in good fun. Interested parties can fill out on-site applications starting at 11 a.m. Oct. 8.
